The Power of God's Word (Psalm 46)

Knowing the Word of God is fundamental for every Christian, as the Word of God is pure power.

Jeremiah 23:29 Is not my word like fire, declares the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?

It was through his Word that God created all things:

Genesis 1:
3 And God said: ...
6 And God said: ...
9 And God said: ...
11 Then God said: ...
14 And God said: ...
20 And God said: ...
24 And God said: ...
26 Then God said: ...
29 Then God said: ...

Therefore, you MUST KNOW THE WORD OF GOD, to not be deceived, know how to act in all the circumstances of your life and know how to defeat your enemy.

To know the Word of God you need to READ THE WHOLE BIBLE!

There are some Psalms in the Bible that God's people should constantly use in their lives, NOT AS A RITUAL, but out of faith and in spiritual warfare, such as: Psalms 23, Psalms 46, Psalms 91, Psalms 107, Psalms 144.

Today I would like to comment on Psalm 46, which was written by the sons of Korah:

Psalm 46:
1 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
3 though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.

The Psalm begins with a statement of faith by the psalmist, saying that no matter the circumstances, the Lord will always be our help in times of adversity and tribulation.

4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells.
5 God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.

The city of God is us and the river that gladdens the city (us) is the Lord Jesus. He is in the middle of the city (us) and we will never be shaken, for the Lord will help us at the right time.

6 Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts.
7 The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.
8 Come and see what the Lord has done, the desolations he has brought on the earth.
9 He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the shields with fire.

Jesus has all power in heaven and on earth, He controls everything, so you will see His glory in your struggles.

10 He says, Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.
11 The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.

Pay attention to God's recommendation: BE STILL, for the Lord is with us, He is our fortress.

Use God's Word with understanding and wisdom and the world of darkness will collapse before you.

Once again I say: READ THE BIBLE, MEDITATE ON IT AND USE IT, then you will never go wrong and you will always be victorious.

Joshua 1:8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

God be praised!

The Lord bless you and keep you.
